Easylife is based in Auckland Central, so we are currently only servicing suburbs in the Auckland region. With that being said, we will be expanding our service area in the future. How We Do It
The easiest way to get your laundry sorted.
What To Expect
The first time you sign up to EasyLife, you’ll be sent laundry bag/s before your scheduled pick up date. You will select a collection day and time that suits your schedule when you subscribe. Once you receive your laundry bag/s, you fill them up with your laundry, and leave it for pickup. We are flexible with pickup arrangements - perhaps you’d like to leave the bag in a secure location for pickup, or perhaps you want to meet our friendly drivers at the door - it is up to you. Once we’ve collected your laundry, we carefully wash, dry and fold it, and deliver it back to you within 48 hours.

Pick up and drop off service is awesome. Clothes come back smelling fresh and clean folded, and look like it’s been ironed. They go straight from the bag to the drawers - it’s that simple. Also they provide hypoallergenic soap which has been good especially with my granddaughter who suffers from eczema. We will keep using this service been a dream, thank you so much.

Common Questions
What don’t you clean?
We currently cannot clean anything that should be dry-cleaned or cannot go into a dryer. This might include delicates, suits or jackets.
Do you wash and dry delicates?
Some delicate fabrics and wool might be unsuitable for tumble drying. We will wash delicates so long as they are suitable for the tumble dryer. We do not currently offer hang dry options.
What about my whites? Do you wash them separately?
Yes absolutely. We separate your laundry into light and dark washes. If you have any items that need special attention please place these in a separate bag and leave a note for us.
What sort of detergent and products do you use?
We use Ecolab detergent which is eco-friendly and hypoallergenic.
Do you use a hot wash?
We never use the hot wash option. We use warm or cold washes, depending on the laundry item requirements.
Do you do dry cleaning?
We do not currently offer dry cleaning options.
Do you do ironing?
We’ll iron bed linen on request. We do not currently offer ironing for clothes, but it’s something we’re looking at.
