What To Expect
STEP 1
Sign up to a weekly subscription and select your laundry delivery preferences (day and time) as well as any special instructions. We are flexible with pickup arrangements - perhaps you’d like to leave the bag in a secure location for pickup, or perhaps you want to meet our friendly drivers at the door - it is up to you.
STEP 2
The first time you sign up, you’ll be sent your laundry bag/s before laundry pickup day. Once you receive the bag, you fill it up with your laundry and leave it for pickup for your scheduled time. Here is what to keep in mind when filling up your EasyLife laundry bag:
Include your everyday laundry items that are suitable for tumble drying
We will separate whites from darks
Check pockets of your clothes - we will double check for you as well
If there are any stains that need removing please leave us a note, so we don’t miss them

STEP 3
Our laundry experts will carefully wash, dry and fold your laundry.
STEP 4
Within 48 hours of pickup, we deliver your laundry back to you, freshly washed, dried and folded. Your laundry bag will also be sanitised.
STEP 5
Rinse and repeat! Your weekly subscription will reoccur automatically every week.
You’ll also be able to easily modify, pause or quit your EasyLife subscription by simply contacting our friendly and responsive team. We aim to make our service as convenient as possible.
